So for us, orders were just beginning to pick up nicely ready for Spring both on our website and with our shop space. At this point, we hadn't had any warm weather or sunshine but people knew it was coming.
What people didn't know was coming was Covid-19. Suddenly the world was very different and people's needs and priorities changed. Companies have had to adapt their working practices and for ourselves, we would like to reassure all our customers. We are a small family firm and we are following all the hygienic practices given out by the Government. In addition we are keeping dispatches to myself and my husband. Our stock is all held on site so as long as couriers can keep delivering, we can keep sending out orders.
The human race is being challenged as it hasn't been for a very long time. This crisis is bringing out different things in different people. We see all over social media countless idiots who don't give a damn about themselves or anybody else. On the other side, there are also enormous sacrifices being made by frontline staff, carers, shop workers and neighbours helping each other putting themselves at risk every day.
